It looks like we'll generally see LIGHT AMOUNTS of snow, sleet and freezing but unclear exactly how much, and we should indeed see ALL THREE before the changeover to regular rain.
After the freezing rain, Friday night, as temperatures continue to rise, we'll switch over to regular rain Saturday, and we could see lots of it. We're talking 2-3 inches, on top of the melting snow, etc....so that brings flooding and flash flooding into play and that probably should be our biggest concern going through the weekend! Be prepared!
