Flooding, Freezing Rain This Afternoon, Evening

We are still dealing with localized flooding with numerous creeks out of their banks and roads under water.   So far, rainfall total estimates are running from 1-6 inches. Now temperatures are continuing to drop as colder air moves in, and we are beginning to see some of the precipitation change over to freezing rain.  A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Southern Illinois and Northern SE Missouri for freezing rain until 6PM. We could see up to a third of an inch of ice.
