Several chances for showers and storms this week!

We'll have several good chances for showers and storms this week, as a couple of systems move through.  We'll have a chance Monday, followed by a chance Tuesday into Wednesday, as a cold front arrives.  We'll have another chance Saturday, as a storm system arrives from the southwest and drags a cold front through!

Heat Continues But Relief In Sight!

The heat continues through the short term, with high temperatures in the low to mid 90s and heat index readings more than 100 through Saturday.  We'll have a slight chance of showers and storms on Friday, but a much better chance on Saturday as a cold front approaches.  The front should dip through the region to cool our high temperatures a few degrees for Sunday!

Niiiiicccceeee Weekend!

A very pleasant weekend with below normal temperatures for the most part and lower humidities. we will have a chance of showers and storms on Sunday and We'll see high temperatures finally creeping back to the 90s the first part of next week, along with slight chances for those pop-up, garden variety thunderstorms.  In the meantime, ENJOY!

Warm Up, then Showers/Storms

Warmer temperatures are returning to the region the first half of the week, with high temperatures above normal expected through Wednesday and high humidities pushing the heat index to more  than 100 (the "feels like temperature).

After that a cold front pushes closer Wednesday evening and brings a good chance for showers and storms into Thursday.  Then sunshine and temperatures near normal.  On Wednesday into Wednesday night, there will be a risk of Severe Storms.

Chance of Showers/Storms Part of This Weekend!

We'll have an increased chance for showers and thunderstorms on Saturday as an area of low pressure moves across the region.  After that things should look a little drier for Sunday!  Also on Sunday, temperatures continue to normalize, reaching the upper 80s for high temperatures with higher humidities. 

Our next "best" chance for showers/storms after Saturday, should be mid-week, with the approach of a cold front!
