Most of the snow and sleet will be located in northern Southern Illinois. The southern part of Southern Illinois, down to the Ohio River, should have a mix of sleet, freezing rain and regular rain.
South of there it should be mostly regular rain, although there is a chance there could be a little of the mixed precipitation.

Generally it's above .25" ice accumulation when we start seeing problems with more than isolated power outages. Right now, for most of the area, there is only a 5-10% chance of that. Further on up in Southern Illinois, there is a 20-30% chance of that.
As far as snowfall is concerned, that is mostly an afterthought with this system, but there could be some light accumulations north of the Ohio River.
