Cold WIth Mix of Precip New Years Eve

There's another chance of wintry weather Monday-Tuesday, probably more like a mix of rain to snow again, beginning Monday morning with a mix possible, switching to all rain, then back to a mix Monday night (New Year's Eve) before ending Tuesday.  Any accumulations, if any , are expected to be minimal, although the chance for mix precipitation could make travel dicey at times.
