Possible Winter Storm Monday-Tuesday

Well it looks like we could have a chance of a significant winter storm Monday into Tuesday, with several inches of accumulating snow, BUT it's still very early, an right now it appears the best chance for the heaviest snow could be to our south, in Tennessee.  Not going to put any graphics up yet, because still want to study it a little more and there is still some disagreement in the computer models.  In fact, one model in particular is still only calling for minimum snowfall, AND some of this precipitation should fall as rain, therefore cutting these snowfall totals.

Best advice: STAY AWARE of current forecasts as we head into and go through the weekend!  It will be COLD this weekend, with another shot of cold air on the air.  That much is certain!

Your can hear my forecasts each weekday on Newstalk 94.7, 95.5, 570AM and 1320AM, along with The Mix 94.7 and Willie 102.1.  Remember, when the power's out, you can still hear our forecasts and live reports on these stations, too.
