Winter Weather Chances for Your Morning Commute

We have a Winter Weather Advisory in effect through Friday for several counties in Southern Illinois and a few in Western KY, including Livingston, Caldwell and Crittenden Counties for the possibility of snow into the day Friday.  In those areas there's a possibility of 2 inches or less.

We're thinking MOST of us will get AN INCH or LESS, IF EVEN THAT.  Nonetheless, it'll be something you'll want to check before your morning commute, so set your alarm clocks a little early and take a look before heading out.

Temperatures will be dropping through the day as colder air works it's way in, so prepare for temperatures in the 20s and wind chills close to the single digits....regardless of how much snow we DO or DON'T get.

Don't forget, you can hear our forecasts each day on NewsTalk 94.3 and 95.5, Willie 102.1 and on 94.7 The Mix! Follow us on Twitter on @Lew_Jetton
